These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use and purchase of fragrances, perfumes, and oils from Spirito Divino. By purchasing our products, you accept and agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully.
Compliance with Indian Laws
Spirito Divino strictly complies with the rules and regulations set by the Government of India, including the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, and other relevant regulations. Our products are formulated and manufactured in accordance with the prescribed safety standards. However, it is your responsibility to check the ingredients and ensure they suit your personal needs and preferences.
Liability and Risk
Spirito Divino holds no liability for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or stains caused by the use of our products. Customers are advised to perform a patch test before using the product extensively.
Customers must take full responsibility for the use and application of the products. Use at your own risk.
Spirito Divino will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
All fragrances and oils are sold as-is without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Product Usage Guidelines
Fragrances and perfume oils from Spirito Divino can be strong. Avoid direct application onto clothes. Spray from a distance and primarily apply to the skin to avoid potential stains.
Pure perfume oils may leave marks on white or light-colored clothing. If wearing white clothes, it is advised to apply the fragrance directly on your skin rather than your shirt, trousers, or any other clothing.
Bottles displayed in images may change due to design updates. The product received might differ in appearance from the picture shown on the website or promotional material.
Product Bottling and Sizes
For the Indian market, Spirito Divino offers fragrances primarily in 30 ml, 35 ml, and a maximum of 50 ml bottles.
100 ml bottles are not currently available or offered for sale in India.
No Returns or Refunds
Due to the nature of perfumes and fragrances, Spirito Divino has a strict no returns or refunds policy. All sales are final.
Customers are encouraged to try samples or testers (if available) before purchasing full-sized products.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for verifying their compatibility with the products before extensive use. Any issues arising post-purchase, including skin sensitivities or staining, are solely the customer’s responsibility.
Spirito Divino holds no responsibility for any legal or medical issues arising from the use or misuse of the products.
Shipping and Delivery
Spirito Divino is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses during shipping once the products are dispatched. All risks pass to the customer upon dispatch.
Any import duties, taxes, or customs regulations applicable are the customer’s responsibility.
Modifications to Terms and Conditions
Spirito Divino reserves the right to update, change, or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to review this document periodically.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
